After many months of hard work and development Scienta installs its first D4 Foil saving device onto a KBA Rapida 105 in Europe.

The foil waste between images is measured at 20mm.

With a circumference of 942mm, Foil Usage (Foil Pull Length 500mm + Waste 20mm) of 520mm this is a saving of 422mm of foil. Equivalent of 45%.

This Foil Saving enhancement is available on all new Cold Foil units and is also potentially available for retro-fit to existing units.
