D4 Cold Foil Indexer

In late 2018, Scienta developed its D4 Indexer. This allows a single roll of foil to print the required image length without the added wastage of blanket gap and more. This saves a minimum of 20% on each and every sheet. Most foiled sheets are saving 50% per sheet!!

After more development, Scienta’s D4 Indexer now offers a multi roll function, which allows for even more foil saving using several smaller rolls of foil instead of 1 larger roll.

And newly developed for 2021 is D6 Index which allows for the foil between images to be used allowing for potentially huge foil savings.
