UV Casting Solutions

In addition to cold foil Scienta Systems produces a casting module, more well known as Cast and Cure, that is usually installed on the coating unit. This module is very similar in design to a cold foil unit but the process of cast and cure is slightly different. This module allows for holographic finish into the varnish and the film can be reused several times. The film unit has the ability to work in tandem with the Scienta Systems Cold Foil System on the same press.

The installation time for film unit is on the same scale as the foil unit. Two days installation with the third day commissioning the unit as the whole module is built and tested before arriving to the factory.
